Here’s an alternate run from the usual Dimensions runs.
Start Time: 0530 Hrs.
Start From: MCC School on Harrington Road
Route: MCC School to University Union Ground and back x 2 (two loops)
Nature of Run: Easy 10-11 mins per mile
Optional: Continue from University union and go through Egmore underpass to SDAT stadium to complete a few loops inside SDAT.
