Chennai Runners
We are having a special run tomorrow. It is special because we will get to interact with the top sports medicine physician in Chennai after the run. Thanks to Hari's initiative, Dr. Kannan Pugazhendi has consented to have a interactive session with us tomorrow @ YMCA Nandanam after our regular run.
In order to meet him @ YMCA, we have shifted our starting and ending points for our run tomorrow. Here are the details. Our route is a slightly altered version of Chennai Runners Classic route. we will pretty much follow the same course but will start and end at YMCA that's all. Pl. do get familiar with the route by clicking here.

Assemble by : 5.00 a.m
Start Time: 5.15 a.m (sharp)
Starting Location: YMCA, Nandam. (Pl. refer to the map and parking instructions below)
Route: YMCA - Chennai Runners Classic.
Distance - The total distance is about 17 kms.. but you do what you are able to.. and remember.. you can always Do More
