Thursday LSD Run, Alwarpet - Post Run Report

Hi Team,

Mani, Ananth and Me were there. Mani and me decided to do the Velankanni Church and back. Ananth decided to do Malar and back. The initial pace was too good.. but soon the humidity was so high that we had to take walk breaks and met Narayanan at the Eliotts Beach and the return journey was too hard... but final stretch was comfortable.

Lesson learnt: Have to carry electrolytes not just water during short runs also in this climate....

Did 12.05kms in 1h:28mins.
