We will do our "flyover" run tomorrow morning...
Assemble, warm up & stretch: 5:00 am
Assemble at: Dimensions Gym, CP Ramaswamy Road, Alwarpet
Start: 5:15 a.m.
Route: Dimensions > CP Ramaswamy Road flyover > Poes Garden > RK Salai flyover > Nilgiris > return
Distance: Approx 5.5 km
And if you have not had enough of the "hills" you can go up and down the CP Ramaswamy Rd flyover a few times on the return leg!

Hyderabad Hi tec trail marathon - When is this happening? Heard from Satyam insiders that something like this is on somehwere in August. Rajesh Vetcha - throw light please?
