Second Auroville Marathon is less than two weeks away and many of us are looking forward to it. As we get closer to the run date, we need to finalize some of the logistics and confirm transport need.

Please confirm that you still would like us to arrange for transport. Senthil has done some initial queries and the rental cost for a 18 seater is coming to Rs. 9000+tips for driver. In order for us to move forward on this, we need to have the final headcount by tomorrow. Also, once you confirm we would also like you to pay ASAP, as this will enable to pay the required 'advance' monies to the Van operators.
Action required by you:
- Please confirm the need for transport by Feb 3, 2009.
- If you confirm, please pay your portion of the transport cost expected to come @ Rs. 500 - Rs. 600 by Friday, Feb 8, 2009 (to be confirmed based on the final number..)

Please include me too. My name is Prakash Daswani and I will be flying in from Pune on Saturday Fe. 14th. My plane will reach Chennai Airport at around 8:00 in the MORNING.
