Chennai Runners
This is just a heads up.. Starting April 1, 2008 - We will begin our runs 15 minutes early. With the summer up on us.. it is good to get little bit of a head start..
Here is how the schedule would look like for all regular our runs from April 1, 2008
Assemble by - 05:00 AM
Stretch Time - 15 minutes
Start Time - 05:15 AM (sharp)
I know getting up early in the morning is not the easiest thing to do.. I should know as I have been fighting it all my life. But, given the weather and road / traffic conditions in Chennai, there isn't a easy option available to us.

Wow - great dedication. I'm finding it tough getting up at 5:45am - let alone being ready to run by 5:15am.
But I suspect your weather is slightly better than ours at that time of day - wet, windy and cold in London!!
